The hotel is located in the heart of Nahariya; if you have a car, parking is easily accessible; staff are warm and friendly; breakfast buffet, whilst not the most varied in Israel, was fresh and plentiful. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels, bathroom amenities and tea/coffee. Fresh milk was provided on request.

the jacuzzi on the deck of our room
the noise from the other guests and the fact that I had to pay an extra $30 per day for a garden room eventhough on the hotel's web site there was no extra charge for that kind of room

The hotel is in a good location and the room was quite spacious with a table and armchair and plenty of storage. It had a nice clean bathroom and excellent shower, a TV and the bed was comfortable and nice fresh bedlinen and towels. The decor could generally do with some renovation but it was acceptable. There was a wide range of salads, cheeses, fish and eggs but not fresh juice only squash, for breakfast. I stayed two nights and it was the best choice in Nahariya as it's just a couple of minutes from the sea.
The internet worked the first night but then was down the next evening though I was told it would be working the next morning but it wasn't which was slightly annoying if you need it for business. Staff seemed not very interested or friendly but they did their jobs We asked for some bus times and got given the wrong information. When I first arrived the keycard didn't work and I had to go and get another one. We went to the spa to get a beauty treatment but it had reduced services available, only massages. The pool was not open yet but looked as if it needs a bit if renovation and cleaning before the summer.

Perfect staff. Hotel is in 5 minutes walk from the train station. A lot of shops and cafes around.
Bathroom cleaning was not good.
